 Many styles of yoga .

When you think of a typical yoga class, Here in the west you’re likely visualizing what is known as Vinyasa Yoga. linking  one breath  to one movement.  We  offer suggestions  to hold  the pose and breath in the moment. Sometimes  this is referred  to as Hatha.  We  slow down and hold the poses with floor work and props with a Restorative or Yin direction.


All classes have some level of pranayama , meditation,  sections with exploration of chanting, mudras, sound baths, bhakti, quiet space and Savasana 

what is the difference between vinyasa & hatha ?


 Vinyasa & Hatha  Yoga can be variable and accommodate practitioners of all skill levels.   


This activity encourages the body  and mind in a variety of ways . And can test the abilities of accomplished athletes. The constant transition of poses forces you to get comfortable while your body is working. The various poses will test your endurance, build strength, increase stability, and provide an effective cardio challenge. You’ll also strive for increased flexibility as you get more comfortable sinking deeper into the various poses Wich  aids the mind to become calm.

I encourage that the objective of yoga is to cultivate a more heightened state of awareness.

We do this so we can step out of our habits that bind us .

We do this to encourage not to only see  through our personal filters, that can divide and separate us.
 
Yoga can  help guild us to allow sensitivity and understanding .

This goes unseen , it helps us to not be always trying to get somewhere.
so we don't miss what's happening right now.
