Join us in the sacred beauty of Bali, Indonesia—where sunrise meets stillness and sunset softens the soul. This 10-day journey is designed as both a deep inward immersion and a gentle outward exploration.


For the first six days, we settle into an intensive yoga practice rooted in breath, alignment, meditation, and mindful ritual—creating space for transformation, clarity, and renewal. We then transition to a new island sanctuary for four days of lighter practices, soulful excursions, ocean air, and integration—allowing the work to settle as joy, connection, and presence.

This retreat is an invitation to move, rest, explore, and return home deeply aligned.

Selby Pena is a E-RYT 500 Hour yoga alliance certified holistic yoga teacher and trainer. The styles she teaches are Shakti Soul flow, Power yoga, Bhakti, Mindfulness meditation, Kundalini Restorative and Yin. With advanced trainings in martial arts and 20 years of experience in health, wellness and skin care, and as a mother to a daughter who inspires her daily, Selby brings decades of study, practice and lived experience to her teachings and retreats. 


Her retreats create a space where yoga extends beyond the mat, inviting mindful living and the art of slowing down. Inspired by the beauty and spiritual traditions of Bali she guides students to reconnect with nature and rhythm through daily yoga meditation and nourishing experiences surrounded by nature. The retreat awakens vitality and deepens connection to self and the world.

what is the difference between vinyasa & hatha ?


 Vinyasa & Hatha  Yoga can be variable and accommodate practitioners of all skill levels.   


This activity encourages the body  and mind in a variety of ways . And can test the abilities of accomplished athletes. The constant transition of poses forces you to get comfortable while your body is working. The various poses will test your endurance, build strength, increase stability, and provide an effective cardio challenge. You’ll also strive for increased flexibility as you get more comfortable sinking deeper into the various poses Wich  aids the mind to become calm.
