200 hour hybrid yoga teacher training

Deepen your practice and step into your path as a teacher through a flexible, hybrid training designed to fit your life. This 200-hour program blends bi-weekly Monday Zoom sessions (2nd & 4th Mondays) with bi-weekly Sunday workshops held both live at The Shakti Shala in Ventura and on Zoom (2–3 hours each). Move through eight thoughtfully curated modules, each completed over two weeks, and graduate by June 26 - 2027


*We also provide small group and private options that can be adjusted to the schedule, a bit different time line
